Professional Application Tips

For a showroom finish, follow these professional steps:

1. Preparation: Sand the floor to a professional standard (final grit P120 max) and ensure it is free of dust.  Water pop the wood and leave to dry thoroughly
2. Mixing: Mix Part A (Oil) with Part B (Hardener) at a 1:20 ratio. The pot life for mixed product is approximately 4 hours.
3. Application: Apply 20-40g/m² evenly using a trowel or short-hair roller or buffer machine
4. Buffing: Wait 15 minutes, then buff the surface using a red or green high-quality polishing pad to ensure deep penetration and an even finish.  Finally buff thoroughly with waffle cloths and finish with white polishing pads.
